钟瑞庭，字:钟声，号:琴江墨趣人，1944 年出生，广东五华县人。空军技术学院，天津茂林书法院毕业，二级法官、一级书法家。系梅州市书协会员，国际中国书协会员，现代书画院名誉院长，中国(绍兴)三味书画院院士，中国国学研究会研究员，中国艺术研究院副会长、中国艺术网荣誉理事长、中国民族文艺家协会艺术发展部终身副部长，中国书画名家研究会专职副会长，中国书画学会名誉主席，国书画名家网艺委会副主席。
