任静光，字幽明、渊亮，笔名（艺名）有石牛、任远等，1962年出生于浙江省宁波市慈城镇。中国杰出实力国画艺术家、书画高级研究员、国家一级美术师、中国国礼特供艺术家、中国美协会员、《中国邮册》邮品设计艺术顾问、中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会会员、中国楹联学会会员、中楹联书法研究会特聘书画专家、中国书画家联谊会新文艺工作委员会《新文艺》杂志编委、中国民建会书画艺术专业委员会理事会副主席兼客座教授、中国教育电视台水墨丹青书画院会员、北京将相红色文化交流中心特邀艺术家与“传承红色基因形象大使”、宁波海曙书画院画师。
