杨义军，字心泉.号凤山居士，凤城山人，蒞真堂主人。1950年出生于福建，从小酷爱书画艺术，拜著名书画家胡忠元老先生为师，擅长于人物、花鸟、山水、佛教艺术等工笔画。等工笔画。
