傅克春,1944年生于中国书画之乡浦江,1968年毕业于北京林业大学园林系。在校期间,任美工队队长,负责学校宣传、展览、校园环境美化。1970年推迟毕业分配到总参三部(昆明部队)从事美术工作,1982年2月转业杭州任浙江省家具厂厂长,1984年4月调入浙江省城乡规划设计研究院从事风景园林设计,1989年4月下海可谓经历了“工、农、商、学、兵”五位一体的风雨历程,在市场经济的浪潮中搏击了30年的著名浙商企业家、浙江现代工程设计集团董事长、高级工程师、中国管理科学研究院研究员、浙江省企业发展研究会副会长、浙江省旅游科学研究所特约研究员、浙江省企业家协会(省三会)常务理事、浙江省风景园林学会资深会员、浙江省国际美术交流协会会员、杭州市美术家协会会员、杭州市工商联合会(总商会)执委,国家高级美术师。

Fu Kechun, born in 1944 in Pujiang, the hometown of Chinese painting and calligraphy, graduated from the Department of Landscape Architecture of Beijing Forestry University in 1968. During the school, he served as the captain of the art team, responsible for school publicity, exhibitions, and campus environment beautification. In 1970, he postponed his graduation and was assigned to the third department of the General Staff Department (Kunming Troops) to engage in art work, in February 1982, he transferred to Hangzhou as the director of Zhejiang Furniture Factory, in April 1984, he was transferred to Zhejiang Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute to engage in landscape design, and in April 1989, he went to the sea to experience the five-in-one course of "industry, agriculture, commerce, learning, and soldiers", and fought for 30 years in the wave of market economy for 30 years as a famous Zhejiang entrepreneur, chairman of Zhejiang Modern Engineering Design Group, senior engineer, Researcher of China Academy of Management Sciences, Vice President of Zhejiang Enterprise Development Research Association, Special Researcher of Zhejiang Tourism Science Research Institute, Standing Director of Zhejiang Entrepreneur Association (Provincial Third Session), Senior Member of Zhejiang Landscape Architecture Society, Member of Zhejiang International Art Exchange Association, Member of Hangzhou Artists Association, Executive Committee Member of Hangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce (General Chamber of Commerce), National Senior Artist.
