卢浮宫卡鲁塞尔大厅，位于由美籍华裔建筑师贝聿铭于1989年设计的卢浮宫地下一层倒置金字塔地标处，与卢浮宫博物馆、卢浮宫卡鲁塞尔购物中心、卡鲁塞尔花园和杜乐丽花园紧密联接，是路易十四时期的皇家住所及皇家宴会场所。地上的正金字塔标志着卢浮宫博物馆的入口处，而地下一层的倒置金字塔与卢浮宫大金字塔形成鲜明对比，象征卢浮宫卡鲁塞尔广场中心，是地下卢浮宫博物馆和卡鲁塞尔大厅的入口处。

XUE JIQUAN

薛济权，广东清远人，从幼年酷爱书画，精研古代颜、柳、欧、赵四大名家书法，苦练王羲之、王献之的书作。挥毫：以神釆为上，时而疾如风，时而稳如泰山；似醉非醉，似画非画，不拘一格，“形质兼备”，以相互呼应的笔划为基础，以动态的美感惟妙惟肖；活而不脱法道，豪放而显严谨，彰显“书情画意”；融古今书画艺术之精华，自成一体。经“中华人民共和国文化高级职称”和“国家高级美术师职称评审委员会”评定为“国家高级书法师”。

经“中华人民共和国文化和旅游部”和“中国书画艺术品鉴定评估中心”评估书法润格每平方尺为380000元至500000元。被ISQ9000A国际艺术体系资质认证审核委员会严格审核，艺术水平达到ISQ9000A国际艺术体系资质认证规程中对应资质的所有条件，授予“书法师”资质。薛济权【弘扬书法与创新论证】课题（编号JFYC1964）,该课题研究成果已纳入中国管理科学院教育科学研究所教育发展研究规划最终科研成果，该课题荣获教育科研成果“一等奖”。

被“兰亭字库工程工作委员会”开发个人“薛济权体”字库，制作成电脑和手机可选字体。现为中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会副秘书长，国家文艺出版社副总编，中国民族博览艺术顾问，中国当代最具特色书画家，意大利罗马美术学院名誉院长和书画荣誉博士学位。“北京华夏国礼国际品牌策划推广中心”和“中国书画职称润格评定中心”联合评定：薛济权书法“龙”字为“一笔成龙”；“马”字为“一笔骏马”和“虎”字“一笔虎威”。继承和发扬了传统艺术的基础，非画似画，形神兼备，风格独特，成就创新，独成一体。授予为：“国礼国际品牌”。书法代表作《清平乐六盘山》诗词以及个人题词《长城精神、永传万代》镌刻在北京万里长城（八达岭新长城）墙壁上永久展示。由中国国际集邮网、中国集邮文化中心网、中国邮品开发组委会等单位出品的薛济权“限量版珍藏邮册”多次在国内外发行。个人书法作品曾多次参加国际或国内的书画大赛中获得“特别金奖”、“金奖”以及“一等奖”。

Xue Jiquan, born in Qingyuan, Guangdong, has been fond of calligraphy and painting since childhood. He has studied the calligraphy of the four famous ancient masters, Yan, Liu, Ou, and Zhao, and diligently practiced the works of Wang Xizhi and Wang Xianzhi. Brush: take the appearance as the top, sometimes as fast as the wind, sometimes as stable as Mount Tai; Like being drunk but not drunk, like painting but not painting, not limited to any particular style, with a balance of form and quality, based on mutually echoing strokes and dynamic beauty that is lifelike; Living without departing from the Dharma, bold yet rigorous, showcasing the meaning of "calligraphy and painting"; It integrates the essence of ancient and modern calligraphy and painting art into a whole. After being awarded the title of "National Senior Calligrapher" by the "Cultural Senior Professional Title of the People's Republic of China" and the "National Senior Artist Professional Title Evaluation Committee".

According to the evaluation by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China and the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Appraisal and Evaluation Center, calligraphy polishing costs between 380000 yuan and 500000 yuan per square foot. After being strictly reviewed by the ISQ9000A International Art System Qualification Certification and Review Committee, and meeting all the corresponding qualifications in the ISQ9000A International Art System Qualification Certification Regulations, the artist is awarded the qualification of "Calligrapher". Xue Jiquan's research project "Promoting Calligraphy and Innovation Demonstration" (No. JFYC1964) has been included in the final research results of the Education Development Research Plan of the Institute of Education Science, Chinese Academy of Management Sciences. The project has won the "First Prize" for educational research achievements.

Developed by the "Lanting Font Library Engineering Working Committee", the personal "Xue Jiquan Style" font library has been created into optional fonts for computers and mobile phones. I am currently the Deputy Secretary General of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of the Chinese Couplet Society, the Deputy Editor in Chief of the National Literature and Art Publishing House, the Art Consultant of the China Ethnic Expo, the most distinctive contemporary Chinese calligrapher and painter, the Honorary Dean of the Rome Academy of Fine Arts in Italy, and an Honorary Doctorate in Calligraphy and Painting. The Beijing Huaxia Guoli International Brand Planning and Promotion Center and the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Professional Title Runge Evaluation Center jointly evaluated that Xue Jiquan's calligraphy "dragon" character is "one stroke of Jackie Chan"; The character "horse" represents "a galloping horse" and the character "tiger" represents "a majestic tiger". Inheriting and carrying forward the foundation of traditional art, it is not like painting, with both form and spirit, unique style, innovative achievements, and a unique unity. Awarded as "Guoli International Brand". Mao Zedong's representative calligraphy work, the poem "Qing Ping Le Liu Pan Shan" and his personal inscription "The Spirit of the Great Wall, Forever Inherited for Thousands of Generations", are permanently displayed on the walls of the Beijing Great Wall (Badaling New Great Wall). Xue Jiquan's "Limited Edition Collection Album", produced by China International Philatelic Network, China Philatelic Cultural Center Network, China Postal Products Development Organizing Committee and other units, has been distributed multiple times domestically and internationally.
