“商城出海·掘金西非”2026临沂&尼日利亚线上选品会暨1688nigeria一站式出海论坛圆满落幕

7 月 18 日，“商城出海・掘金西非”2026 临沂 & 尼日利亚线上选品会暨 1688nigeria 一站式出海论坛在临沂成功举办。本次活动由临沂市进出口贸易协会、临沂市跨境电子商务协会、橙云出海生态服务平台、1688nigeria 平台联合主办，苏州嘉棠文化传播有限公司、杭州橙云出海科技有限公司承办，临沂税管家外贸综合服务有限公司协办。

活动立足临沂产业链与商贸资源优势，聚焦尼日利亚西非第一大市场，通过政策解读、行业分享、资源对接、战略合作等多元形式，为临沂工厂打造 “线下 + 线上” 一体化出海对接盛会，吸引了临沂各产业带百余家制造企业到场参与，现场成果丰硕。

会议开始,现场共同观看了来自尼日利亚阿南布拉州市场贸易特约顾问埃瓦里斯特·乌巴对本地大会的预祝视频,视频中埃瓦里斯特顾问邀请中国企业到尼日利亚考察,希望更多中国优质的企业到尼日利亚扎根,也希望更多尼日利亚的本地特色产品出口到中国.

山东省人民政府研究室原党组成员、副主任，中共山东省委党校（山东行政学院）MPA 校外导师，山东财经大学区域经济学硕士校外导师，齐鲁工业大学（山东省科学院）文化产业研究院（乡村振兴研究院）首席专家、教授苟成富出席活动并致开幕辞。他从全省外贸高质量发展的战略高度出发，指出尼日利亚等 “一带一路” 沿线新兴市场是山东外贸稳增长、拓空间的核心增量方向，充分肯定了 1688nigeria 平台赋能中小企业诚信出海、抱团出海的实践价值，鼓励临沂企业抢抓西非市场增长红利，以过硬品质与合规经营打造鲁商出海新名片。

2026年7月12日，克罗地亚第三任总统伊沃·约西波维奇（Ivo Josipović）正式向旅德华侨陈元兴先生颁发聘书，聘请其担任指定经济管理人才战略顾问。这是约西波维奇近期在高端人才战略布局中，继聘任多位文化、经贸领域顾问后，又一推动国际人才合作与经贸交流的重要举措。

当书写不再阅读《无界书》秦风作品展

书写，是人类文明最古老的创造行为之一。当文字脱离语言，它是否仍能作为一种视觉经验存在？作为中国当代艺术最具代表性的艺术家之一，秦风四十余年来持续探索中国书写传统在当代艺术中的可能性。自上世纪九十年代，他将书法、水墨与抽象绘画不断融合，发展出兼具东方精神与国际视野的创作语言，成为当代中国艺术国际化进程中的重要艺术家之一。

天趣当代艺术于7月10日揭幕秦风个展「无界书」，展览汇集《欲望风景》《实用主义哲学》《天圆地方》《度日如年》等多个重要系列，呈现艺术家关于书写、文明与生命经验的持续思考，展期至8月15日。

展览以本次展出中最重要的《欲望风景》系列作为开篇——以巨大的笔墨，圆形的油画框，缠绕画面的红线吸引所有观众的视线。

作品中央巨大的黑色书写形体，如同天空中一个个正在生成的文字残片。他们看起来像文字，但其实没有任何阅读的可能，更像是一个文明留下来的符号。红线并不是画面的主角，它始终保持极细、极克制，却具有极强的结构力量。

中国传统书法与水墨原本依附于手卷、册页、立轴，它们可以展开、卷起，是一种具有时间性的观看方式；而西方油画则是一个固定的窗口，具有稳定的观看边界。秦风刻意保留这个矩形结构，让两种艺术史在同一件作品中相遇。

与此同时，以笔触突破「框」边界，书写并不愿意被任何文化体系所限制。从而呼应展览「无界书」提出的概念:书写已经不属于任何文明，也不再服务于阅读，而是一种跨越文化的精神行为。

步入展厅中央，一件长达六米的立轴成为整个空间的视觉核心。作品自高处垂落漫延至地面，突破了传统卷轴的观看方式，使书写从平面进入真实空间；围绕其展开的《实用主义哲学》折扇装置，则借由折扇天然的开合结构，将中国传统书写媒介转化为空间装置。观者在作品之间穿行，观看距离不断变化，书写也由视觉经验延伸为一种身体经验。

创作于早期的《度日如年》系列在这些年中极少对外呈现，艺术家将这个系列归纳为:「是日的漫长，是年的渺小，历史是我们赖以编织未来的，那根来自过去的线脉。每一个被凡人认真渡过的日，都在为文明铸一个被后人仰望的年。」秦风将对于时间感受，转化为一种可观看的精神景观，并且更多呈现画面感，而非书写性。质朴有趣，令人想起八大山人的小品。

《天圆地方》系列则是秦风少有的小幅作品。这个系列以金石碑文为主要描绘内容，每一块碑文都是一片历史的碎片，令观者遥望遥远的时空。这些碑与石是没有生命的死物，但却超越了个体生命的限制。这一系列作品印证了现代主义发起人阿基利‧博尼托‧奥利瓦(Achille Bonito Oliva)对于秦风的评价:「秦风的古典主义风格立足于对生命有灵的各种可能性以及宇宙万物不怀任何偏见的接受。

从自然材料到文明书写，从宏大的历史叙事到个体生命经验，这些作品共同勾勒出秦风四十余年来不断拓展媒介边界与精神维度的创作轨迹。秦风始终关注的并非书法本身，而是书写这一行为所承载的人类文明经验。在他的作品中，墨迹既不是文字，也不是图像，而是一种介于历史、身体与精神之间的存在。

「无界书」最终邀请观众重新思考:当所有语言都失去意义之后，是否仍有一种超越文字的书写，能够跨越文化、时间与地域，被每一个人所感知。

关于艺术家秦风，1961年出生于中国新疆，1985年毕业于山东工艺美术学院，1991年创建北京当代艺术馆（中国第一家私立艺术馆），1996年受德柏林市政府邀请担任艺术大使，曾客座任教于柏林艺术大学及中央美术学院，现为哈佛大学当代艺术研究员。作品以「后现代水墨」著称，是被博物馆及艺术机构收藏作品最多的当代艺术家之一。

秦风在此次展览的世纪对话：关于我个人的艺术在西方尤其在欧洲，同期和吴先生也在，他在巴黎，我在柏林，这个期间呢，我们有过短暂的这种接触和碰撞，但由于之后在美国生活一段时间，把它放下了，隔开了。所以说今天能有机会和吴先生呢，就是在我的这个馆里面进行一个对话，这也就像一个两代同仁，在北京这样一个特殊的地方相会相遇、相互交流，由于他仙逝，而我在此做这样一个活动，其目的也很单纯，就是希望艺术家文化艺术活动以及知识分子，应该用一种对话交流等等的方式，来建构一种可能的一种有价值的一种美学观念，为这个社会、这个大背景下的一个艺术氛围能添一点有趣的色彩，这是我们两代人比较大胆的一个尝试。一脚踩到西方几十年，再一脚踩回来，大胆做这样一个文化艺术和公共艺术的一个尝试和拓展，从理论上、教学上以及就是社会践行上面做出了应该说是不可磨灭的贡献，这一点我自认为这是我对社会最大的贡献，吴先生也是如此。所以从未来的艺术拓展性上面与社会关系会给后人留下一个可参考的一个方法、一个形式和一个全新的一种媒介，我觉得这是有价值意义的一种尝试。就对于这个展览，就我个人作品本身，这些年我也在继续尝试一些全新的媒介，会用AI系统以及身后这样一个概念、一个古老的记忆和一个载体，还与今天的人、今天的文化现象以及美学领域的一些术语，进行一个对话和交流。

The digital transformation of the real economy has become the core battlefield of a new round of global digital competition. Emerging foreign trade economies build cross-border commodity traceability systems based on blockchain to continuously cut comprehensive costs of trust verification and document circulation in transnational business. Amid the wave of digital restructuring of global value chains, blockchain has become a core strategic tool for reshaping international industrial division of labor and competing for discourse power in the digital economy.

Nevertheless, the industrial application of blockchain in China is generally trapped in superficial development predicaments. Most deployed projects are confined to lightweight basic scenarios such as electronic evidence storage and commodity anti-counterfeiting, failing to be deeply embedded in high-value core business links including circulation of goods rights across industrial chains and multi-level credit penetration and automatic profit sharing, so the technical value cannot be fully unleashed. An in-depth analysis of the root causes reveals that the barriers to integrated development in China are superimposed across multiple layers. Technically, domestic underlying architectures and codes are highly dependent on overseas sources, the blockchain "impossible triangle" cannot be solved in a layered and scenario-specific manner, the absence of unified national cross-chain standards creates numerous industrial value silos across industries and regions, and the deployment and transformation costs of privacy-preserving technologies remain prohibitively high. Industrially, most alliance chains lack multi-party governance and power allocation mechanisms; enterprises along industrial chains show a sharp divide in digital maturity, and there is a lack of automatic collection channels for offline source data, resulting in widespread idle chains that are easy to build yet hard to operate or implement. Institutionally, there is no complete judicial confirmation framework for the legal validity of on-chain electronic certificates, industrial digital assets and smart contracts. Domestic data compliance clauses inherently conflict with the operation mode of distributed ledgers. Domestically, a layered and classified chain-building framework is constructed, and multi-party benefit-sharing and risk-sharing mechanisms for alliance chains are improved. Internationally, relying on regulatory sandboxes in pilot free trade zones, standardized models for cross-border document mutual recognition on chains are explored, forming a two-tier collaborative institutional system featuring hierarchical rule-of-law governance domestically and proactive participation in global digital rule formulation internationally. This study systematically proposes a complete set of implementable and scalable implementation paths including layered technology upgrading, synchronous full-industry digital transformation, penetrating dynamic on-chain supervision, lightweight sustainable market-oriented operation and cultivation of international interdisciplinary talents. It drives blockchain to break free from the trap of conceptual hype and superficial applications and take deep root in four core real-economy tracks: advanced manufacturing supply chains, modern agricultural clusters, green low-carbon industries and cross-border paperless trade. For a long time, cross-enterprise collaboration within domestic industrial chains has relied heavily on centralized platforms and offline third-party intermediaries for credit endorsement and transaction verification. Industrial pain points such as multi-stage credit sales, warehouse receipt financing, cross-enterprise data sharing and unbalanced profit distribution along value chains have long remained unsolved. The fundamental underlying cause lies in the lack of low-cost, highly credible and traceable cross-subject trust infrastructure in China’s industrial system. 吉尔吉斯国家美术博物馆（Kyrgyz National Fine Arts Museum），位于吉尔吉斯斯坦首都比什凯克（Bishkek）。吉尔吉斯斯坦国家美术博物馆是中亚地区最大的美术博物馆之一，展示着吉尔吉斯斯坦最为宝贵的历史和文明。”

该美术博物馆于1935年1月1日开放,博物馆的藏品最初来源是根据国家特列季亚科夫画廊和RSFSR（俄罗斯苏维埃联邦社会主义共和国）人民委员会的俄罗斯艺术家的72件作品，由博物馆创始人、吉尔吉斯画家丘科夫（S. A. Chuykov）亲自挑选。迄今为止，博物馆藏品约有18,000件。其中有绘画（约4000件展品），图形（约9600件），雕塑（约1000件），装饰和应用艺术（超过3000件）。

本画展签署前期工作经过长期交流后逐步实现：网络恳谈会在2025年3月24日中午12:00，吉方由吉尔吉斯斯坦国家美术博物馆馆长阿依古勒女士，副馆长：Жолдошова Эльвира和策展负责人Торгоева Аймира，西部人才开发基金会创新基金副主任、陕西省文化软实力研究会会长徐卫峰、宁波大学艺术学院颜渊博士，陕西省美术家协会书法委员会委员张安强，丝路国际人才交流计划公共服务平台负责人、西安凤凰艺术研究院院长郎卫华，俄语区大乌拉尔西北区负责人赵学涛共同参加了网络会议，就一带一路文化交流落实进行了探讨，落地人文交流画展进行了交流。

吉尔吉斯斯坦国家美术博物馆馆长阿依古勒女士表示：吉方欢迎中方艺术家来吉方展示艺术品，吉方将对此类展览进行计划日期为画展申请，希望能够看到艺术家的展览。也对中国农民艺术家交流产生很大的兴趣，希望能看到中国的艺术展示及乡村振兴文化展示。

陕西省文化软实力研究会会长，丝路国际人才交流港徐卫峰：

2021年4月17日由中国商业史学会、中外智库国际经济文化交流中心等机构联合在西安共建“丝路国际人才交流港”，同时联合发起《丝路国际人才交流计划》；搭建了《丝路国际人才交流计划公共服务平台》。文化交流在“一带一路”承担文化软实力的重要组成部分，体现了分享文化传统、习俗和艺术成就，增强自身的软实力和全球影响力。

西安凤凰艺术研究院院长，丝路国际人才交流计划公共服务平台负责人郎卫华：丝路国际人才交流计划公共服务平台坚持人才强国战略,促进人才培养走出去，促进文化交流与民心相通，增进文化理解与包容；加强民间友好往来，以文化交流为纽带，进一步增强国家间的相互信任和合作意愿，以文化共融丝绸之路。

宁波大学艺术学院颜渊博士表示吉尔吉斯传统艺术历史悠久，中国吉最质朴农民画作为表现有很多相同之处，吉尔吉斯的岩画更是艺术的结晶。希望两国艺术家尤其乡村振兴农民画家和吉方农民有机会面对面，共同交流艺术的魅力。

陕西省书法家协会交流委员会委员张自强表示：书法是中国文字衍生的艺术，是中华文明的独特艺术载体，希望更多人认识书法，热爱书法艺术！

俄语区大乌拉尔预科负责人赵学涛曾经留学吉尔吉斯并担任吉比沈凯克国立大学孔子学院教师，强调语言作为文化交流重要作用。

展望在8月的2026丝路国际吉中主题艺术展览，将为中吉文化交流助力，为一带一路文化艺术交流添彩，目前已经进入对接主办单位筹集作品对接展览阶段。吉尔吉斯斯坦国家美术博物馆作为代表吉尔吉斯国家多元化文化展示的平台，共建中吉文化交流，推进中吉文化艺术及人文交流的运行落实；促进民心连结和友谊。
